Personal Training

Custom program designed from Cross fit to boot camp to initial strength building. 

​

Programs are focused on goals we work together to determine:

  • increasing cardio endurance

  • increase muscle tone and strength

  •  increasing bone density

  •  weight loss

​

We will use a variety of equipment:  TRX, Bohdi cords, barbells, weights, resistant bands, kettlebells, ropes, plyo boxes, rowing machine, alter G treadmill, balls,  squat rack, MOTR, and your own body weight.

Competitive IFB Figure Training 

​

Training includes:  

  • diet

  • supplements

  • lifting program

  • posing

  • determining the right competition to enter
